The Basic Viewer application fails to open in Configuration mode, if the feature search is enabled and/or the URL parameter is set to null.

Additional Information
After the September 2016 update the Basic Viewer application must open in configuration mode without issue when the feature search is enabled and/or the URL parameter is set to null.Workaround
1) Remove the feature search Java Script Object Notation (JSON) with ArcGIS Online Assistant.2) Modify the feature search JSON with ArcGIS Online Assistant to contain the correct layer ID (from the web map) and the correct URL.Steps to Reproduce
