The primary workflow is to go through Feedback > Edit > New. Esri is reworking the Initiative editor; this does not change until released in the new form.Workaround
Create the survey outside of the ArcGIS Hub Initiative site, for example, Survey123 Connect for ArcGIS or Survey123 for ArcGIS. Then, add the survey to the ArcGIS Hub Initiative site, and the geopoint question displays exactly as expected when viewing the survey.Steps to Reproduce
