The background of the data frame becomes white instead of hollow when a basemap is clipped by the data frame.

Option 1. Change the data frame background to the needed color.Option 2. Exlude the basemap from the clip and adjust the data frame so that it is a box close to the shape. This is not the recommended option if using anything other than an extent or rectangle as the clip shape.Steps to Reproduce
