Additional Information
The error "Did not receive 'user profile' parameter from the provider" usually occurs due to a misconfiguration of either the Azure Entra ID or ArcGIS. Instructions to configure Azure Entra ID are available at: OpenID Connect configuration using Azure Entra ID.
Workaround
