Bug
The Azimuth value for a coverage projected to Michigan Georef displays in the coverage PRJ file as 337 15 20. When the coverage is added to ArcMap, the azimuth is read by ArcMap as 337.000000, causing a shift in the data display of approx. 24,000 meters East, and 3,500 meters North.
