The autocommit values (for example, 100 000) set in the Feature Class To Feature Class tool are not honored when the feature class is moved to an enterprise geodatabase.

Additional Information

This is a known limitation with the deprecated Feature Class to Feature Class tool. The issue is resolved in the newer Export Features tool.

Workaround

Use the Export Features tool with an increased autocommit value.
