The AutoCAD Civil 3D DWG files imported into ArcGIS Pro cause the program to not respond. This problem was observed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1.2 but not ArcGIS Pro 2.9.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.6. The file opens and displays the features as expected.
