The 'Authorize Python outside the application' section in the ArcGIS Pro documentation (https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/arcpy/get-started/installing-python-for-arcgis-pro.htm#ESRI_SECTION1_E66058ADDA284EE19A5160207A935F6F) does not include the conditions for using the ArcGIS Pro application with the Concurrent Use license.
