Workaround

Use either option below:1. Install ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Java or for WPF 1.0 first. Remove it and then install version 10.1.1. 2. Authorize the first license, Deploying or Testing. Move the keycodes in <a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files (x86)\ESRI\License10.1\sysgen to the Desktop or any other location. Authorize the second license. Copy the contents of the keycodes file from the Destkop and paste it in the newly created keycodes file in <a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files (x86)\ESRI\License10.1\sysgen. Basically the keycodes files should contain both Testing and Deploying license. Launch the Runtime License Viewer. It will detect either license.
