The attribute values of the point features created using ModelBuilder with a hosted feature layer as input are not populated until the map or feature class is refreshed in ArcGIS Pro 3.3.1.

This issue is fixed and not reproducible in ArcGIS Pro 3.4.Workaround
This issue is not reproducible if the Editing section is enabled for the hosted feature layer from ArcGIS Online.
