Additional Information

This issue is no longer reproducible in the newest update of ArcGIS Online.

Workaround

  1. Click the ‘Full Setup’ mode of the configurable app.
  2. Navigate to the ‘Interactivity’ category > Modify.
  3. Enable the ‘Only display features with attachments’ option.
  4. Save the web app configuration.
