Bug
The Asset Package untools fails to apply the asset package when using UPDM2019 in Oracle 12.1.0.2 and returns the following error message, "Failed to execute (ImportXMLWorkspaceDocument). Failed to execute (AssetPackageToUtilityNetwork)."

The issue is not reproducible in Oracle 12.2.0.1 or when using a file geodatabase.
