The Area function in the Arcade expression produces different results when executed in the attribute table and Configure Pop-up.

Additional Information
This is expected. Arcade honors the SR of the layer when working from the data tab which in this case is State Plane. When that layer is added to a map Arcade will operate using the Spatial Reference of the map instead of the layer. Which is where the difference is coming from. If the basemap is the same spatial reference as the layer both results will be equal. because web Mercator heavily distorts area AreaGeodetic() should be used instead when working with a map in web Mercator for improved accuracy
