Additional Information

This issue is as designed. The FieldMap outputField properties cannot be modified in place. The properties can only be modified by making a new variable equal to outputField, setting the variable's properties such as name and type, and then setting the field map object's outputField property equal to the variable. Clarifying updates to documentation will be made for a future release.
