This will not be addressed. It is recommended to use Python 3, which comes pre-installed with ArcGIS Pro or ArcGIS Enterprise, as described in the workaround.Workaround
The arcpy.FeatureSet.load() method in ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online Notebook Python installations works for ArcGIS Online feature services. If using one of these Python installations is not an option, use the arcpy.conversion.JSONToFeatures() tool described in this Support Article (https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000018476).
