Bug
The arcpy.da.SearchCursor cursor does not accept a table item as input in Python 3.6. Instead, it returns the error message, "RuntimeError: 'in_table' is not a table or a feature class."

Workaround
Using the result object as the input to the search cursor resolves the error.
