Additional Information

This issue is addressed in ArcGIS Pro 3.1. This is a raster analysis repository and the function map needs to be changed.

Workaround

The Watershed tool works from the published location on ArcGIS Server. Create a second script with the Watershed tool function inside, and call this script from the main script using the subprocess module.

Note: This workaround works for Python 2.7 in ArcGIS Desktop, but not in ArcGIS Pro, as ArcGIS Pro ignores the subprocess call.
