The ArcIMS 10 ActiveX install registers the aims_ActiveX.dll and dependent assemblies to C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\ and not C:\Program Files\ArcGIS\ArcIMS\Connectors\ActiveX, which is where the required .dlls are located.

Additional Information

ActiveX Connector has been deprecated since 9.2. We no longer fix issues for it. Please use the workaround solution.

Workaround

Copy / Paste all IMS dlls from <a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files\ArcGIS\ArcIMS\Connectors\ActiveX to <a href="file:C:/Program" target="_blank">C:\Program</a> Files\ArcGIS.
