Additional Information

Version 10.2.7 did not perform any validation of the ClientId string. In the latest release, v100.0, ArcGISRuntimeEnvironment no longer uses a ClientId property for licensing of the app/deployment. ClientId is now only used in OAuth authentication workflows.
