Additional Information

The issue is resolved for ArcGIS Runtime SDK for Java 100.2.

Workaround

Paste the jniLibs and Resources folders into the project via the integrated development environment (IDE). This satisfies the "current directory" path check.orRun the Maven goal using arcgis-java:arcgis. In NetBeans tests, this re-downloads the files into the .m2 directory and the project builds.
