The arcgis.features.GeoAccessor.to_featurelayer method returns an error message, "AttributeError: module 'numpy' has no attribute 'int'." when executed with ArcGIS Python API 2.1.0.2 and NumPy 1.24.2.

Downgrade NumPy to version 1.20.3 or below.
