Install the ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight Application Builder on a different machine and copy applications to the web server,orInstall the ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight Application Builder on Win08,orInstall the ArcGIS Viewer for Silverlight Application Builder on a Win03r2x64 machine without ArcGIS Server 10.x and below.
