The ArcGIS Viewer for Flex v 3.1 incorrectly displays the error "The input contains invalid characters" if minus signs (-) are entered into numeric fields when editing attributes with the editor widget.

No error is shown although when typing in minus sign the box is highlighted red until number is typedWorkaround
This appears to be an invalid error message, and negative values are actutally accepted by the editor widget.Steps to Reproduce
