Question labels in the ArcGIS Survey123 web app are already bold by default, and that is why HTML tags for bold formatting have no effect.Workaround
Wrap the entire question label in style="font-weight: normal" so that the HTML tags for bold formatting can take effect.Steps to Reproduce
