The ArcGIS Survey123 reports do not retain spaces between multiple image questions if the image questions are conditional.

The issue is not because the image questions are conditional, but because the space added in "${if image_multi_1}${#image_multi_1}${$file | size:200:0} ${/}${/}" is a non-preserved space. Use an XML Viewer to identify the difference between a preserved and non-preserved space.Workaround
To resolve the issue, delete the existing space in the template and manually insert a new space using the keyboard.
