The Esri development team has actively investigated potential solutions to this issue. Unfortunately, a fix is not currently available. This incompatibility arises from discrepancies in the framework utilized to develop the current versions of these applications and the display pipeline of the iPad 7th generation's processor. The development team is currently working on a new generation of the ArcGIS Survey123 and ArcGIS QuickCapture mobile apps for iOS, Android, and Windows. These upcoming versions ensure the app is compatible with the latest devices and operating systems, providing a seamless experience for all users.
