Additional Information

The behavior is by design, the non-relevant values are cleared before submission. The behavior in the field app has been logged as BUG-000147388 and is resolved after the ArcGIS Survey123 3.14 March update.

Workaround

Use the ArcGIS Survey123 web app instead of the ArcGIS Survey123 field app.
