The ArcGIS Survey123 autocomplete search appearance does not work properly when several select_one questions are configured to show choices from different hosted tables or the same hosted table.

Additional Information
The tableName parameter for both choice lists in the provided video match, which is not supported. Table names must be unique when using the search() appearance; otherwise, the tables overwrite each other. Please refer to the Appearance documentation for more information: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/survey123/desktop/create-surveys/xlsformsappearance.htm#:~:text=because%20this%20is%20how%20Survey123%20internally%20refers%20to%20your%20search%2C%20it%20must%20be%20different%20from%20all%20other%20table%20names%20and%20CSV%20files%20used%20in%20the%20surveyWorkaround
Use minimal, horizontal or compact appearances for the search.
