The ArcGIS Support for Oracle 18c Patch causes strings longer than 2,000 characters to be truncated to 2,000 characters when IRow.Search is used to perform an insert in a 64-bit ArcGIS Engine application targeting an Oracle 12.2.0.1 multiuser geodatabase. Additionally, using IRow.Store causes the ArcGIS Engine application to crash
