The ArcGIS StoryMaps cover video loads slowly or does not load on iOS 15.x devices (a gray background is displayed while loading).

Additional Information
Using a large video file on the cover is not a best practice where readers are to immediately see something engaging. The video being used is 14 minutes long and a very large file (35MB), taking a long time to load and the request can timeout. Using a small video or image file is recommended (5MB maximum if readers are expected to always have a fast connection, but smaller than 2MB is best). Smaller video files work as expected and are strongly recommended.Workaround
Close and reopen the Safari or Google Chrome application in the iOS device to load the video.
