Workaround

Perform the following change to get the print operation working: When using ArcGIS GIS Server 10.5.1 or earlier, update the App server maximum heap size (in MB) and SOC maximum heap size (in MB) from the ArcGIS GIS Server admin endpoint. When using ArcGIS GIS Server 10.6 or higher, update the SOC maximum heap sizeThe workarounds may differ based on the change in the application server being used by ArcGIS GIS Server internally. The workaround is not applicable to all environments as the changes made at our end which helped us in successful printing of the feature collections were not reflecting the same behavior at the user's end. Resource consumption on ArcGIS GIS Server machines must be kept in mind when making the above changes. Also, altering these values may have an impact on all the non-hosted services published to ArcGIS GIS Server.
