The ArcGIS Server Manager Web Map Service (WMS) service properties do not match the configurable properties stated in the official documentation. ArcGIS Server Manager is missing the 'Assign a name identifier to a layer' property.

Most of the properties described in this bug are available in the user interface (UI). In the case where 'Assign a name identifier to a layer' is unavailable in the UI, use services admin to edit the service manually.Workaround
Use the admin endpoint to update the Web Map Service (WMS) service extension with the parameters manually. The parameter name can be extracted from the official documentation here. For example: "namedLayersMode": "allLayers"
