This issue is not reproducible.Workaround
Choose other SimpleLineSymbol styles supported in the ArcGIS REST API, for example: esriSLSDash, esriSLSDashDot, esriSLSDashDotDot, esriSLSDot, esriSLSNull, or esriSLSSolid.
