Bug
The ArcGIS Publisher extension is not visible in the licensing section of ArcGIS Pro 2.0.1 when assigned to Named User licenses in ArcGIS Online or Portal for ArcGIS. There is no issue in ArcGIS Pro 2.0.

The ArcGIS Publisher extension is not available with ArcGIS Pro 2.0 or 2.0.1. It will be available at version 2.1. The ArcGIS Publisher extension Named User license was recently added to ArcGIS Online organization in preparation for the release of ArcGIS Pro 2.1.Steps to Reproduce
