Additional Information
Formatted strings as the X and Y fields cannot be used in the XY Table to Point tool. Only decimal degree and numeric values can be used (such as longitude/latitude in DD (decimal degrees) or numbers that represent projected easting and northing coordinates, such as UTM coordinates). To make points from DMS coordinates, use the Convert Coordinate Notation tool.Steps to Reproduce
