The ArcGIS Pro privileges are not applied to feature classes in non-Esri database sequences, and returns the error message, "ERROR permission denied for sequence objectid_seq SQLSTATE=42501".

Workaround

Running SQL such as 'GRANT ALL ON SEQUENCE nosde1.objectid_seq TO nosde2;' in the database resolves the issue.
