Additional Information
This is by design. ArcGIS Pro checks out the assigned license during startup and retains it for the duration of the session, even after logging out and back in as a different user. To apply for a licensing change, restart ArcGIS Pro.Workaround
- Exit ArcGIS Pro and reopen the software.
- Log out and log back in with the desired license.
