Additional Information
When using the default option, where only the folder name is displayed, the folder in which the APRX is stored always shows the correct name. However, any ancestor folder (a folder that contains the folder in which the project is stored) that has been added as a folder connection will only show the name of the folder as it was at the time it was added to the project.
Workaround
In Catalog Browsing under Options, set the default display name for folder connections to Complete path instead of Folder name only. Alternatively, rename the folder in both File Explorer and ArcGIS Pro.
