The ArcGIS Online World Topographic Map service is missing the Columbia River reservoir between the Confluence with the Snake River in Washington (-119.026651 46.190343) downstream to the John Day dam (-120.692619 45.717563). The River is almost 2 miles wide in some of this stretch, which makes the map service unusable in this area.

Additional Information

Esri refreshed the North America basemaps in 2014 (Street, Topo, Canvas, etc.) which appears to have resolved this issue.
