The ArcGIS Online user with the Administrator role performs an item copy using ArcGIS Python API and ArcGIS Pro 2.9 and the item is created under the original owner's content instead of the user's content.

Additional Information

This issue is not reproducible with the current version of ArcGIS API for Python.

Workaround

Use the following line of script to correct the ownership issue:

ux.reassign_to("<ArcGIS Online Username>")
