The ArcGIS Online SAML login button does not display on the ArcGIS Online sign in page although the option is enabled on the ArcGIS Online account settings. The ArcGIS Online SAML login button still does not appear even when the SAML login option is disabled and enabled again. The issue is fixed only when the order in which the SAML login button appears is changed.

This issue is not reproducible in ArcGIS Online.

Workaround

  1. Sign in to ArcGIS Online.
  2. Navigate to Organization > Settings > Security > Logins.
  3. Change the order in which the ArcGIS Online SAML login button appears. Preferably, move the option to the top.
  4. Sign out of ArcGIS Online.

The ArcGIS Online SAML login button appears at the top when signing in again.
