Bug
The ArcGIS Online Package Details should not impose a 1000 character limitation on the Description field that gets uploaded. Descriptions that layers are given are often longer than 1000 characters, and ArcGIS Online can handle them. Limiting characters forces users to drop useful information out of the layer's description.
