The ArcGIS Online Map Viewer user interface allows for the invalid date format of '23' for a year value and does not autocorrect to '2023' for the date field.

Workaround
- Include the full four-digit year value in the user interface when a new feature is added or the field is updated.
- Use ArcGIS Online Map Viewer Classic.
