Please contact Technical Support if this issue reoccurs with ArcGIS Pro/Map Viewer.Workaround
1. In ArcGIS Online, add a new field as a double field type.
2. Click the new field > Calculate.
3. In the Calculate Field dialog box, select Shape_Length under the Fields section. This provides the correct values.
