This is a duplicate of NIM091151.Workaround
Execute a carriage return after the URL in the body of the email then the rest of the hyperlink becomes active.Regarding the <a href="http://bit.ly" target="_blank">bit.ly</a> link, a <a href="http://bit.ly" target="_blank">bit.ly</a> link for the web map can be obtained from the map viewer share dialog box. However, Esri no longer includes the bitly key or support in this applciation. Bitly is what can be used to make a tiny url. To add this capability, download the application, add bitly support, and host it locally.Steps to Reproduce
