Additional Information
Enable the advanced notebook privilege while registering a custom notebook runtime. However, the ability to toggle the advanced notebook privilege for an existing runtime is disabled by design in ArcGIS Notebook Server Manager. Re-register a new runtime with the advanced privilege enabled or disabled instead.Workaround
The option is enabled through REST Admin API of the Notebook server.
