Additional Information
Refer to the ArcGIS Pro 3.1.1 patch release on April 6. Use the Compress Vector Graphics setting to work around this issue. The Compress Vector Graphics setting is always on after the 3.2 release.Workaround
Use the 27.0 version of Adobe Illustrator by installing from the Adobe Creative Cloud app. Refer to Install previous versions of your Creative Cloud apps (adobe.com) for more information.
