Bug
The ArcGIS itemName metadata element may contain user and schema/database name for items stored in an RDBMS. The XSLT "remove local storage info", which is provided with ArcGIS Desktop, should remove user and schema/database names, if they exist, to avoid possible security problems when data is published.
