The ArcGIS Instant Apps Zone Lookup template returns inaccurate search suggestions when a '0' is included or when '0' is used together with a '-' in the search text within a layer source.

Workaround

When the hosted feature layer is configured as a layer search source in ArcGIS Instant Apps, a field index is generated automatically for the feature layer. The field index is generated based on the 'search field' set in the app. In this case, 'dp_new' is used as a search field, so the feature layer created a field index using the Full Text Index method for the 'dp_new' field.

To solve the issue, delete the field index generated by configuring the application with the full-text index in the ArcGIS Online feature layer's settings, and the returning search suggestions are correct. For example, type 'dp2021-03' for testing purposes, and the returning suggestions all start with 'dp2021-03'. The full-text index is the one that ends with 'Full text index'.

Check the attached image, 'd10' to see which field was deleted.
