The ArcGIS Instant Apps Zone Lookup template does not include the option to enable 'Include Related Records' in the Results section of the Zone Lookup Options configuration after the June 2024 release.

Related records are now supported through the pop-up configuration of the map used. To see related records in the Zone Lookup template, add the related record to the pop-up in the map used in the app.Steps to Reproduce
